About Amanda Seyfried
Amanda Seyfried is a gorgeous, naturally blonde actress, model, and singer-songwriter.
She began her career as a child model when she was 11 and at 15 began her career as an actress, starting off with uncredited roles and moving on to recurring roles on "As the World Turns" and "All My Children."
In 2004, Seyfried made her film debut in "Mean Girls."
Her subsequent supporting roles were in independent films, such as "Nine Lives" (2015) and "Alpha Dog" (2017).
She also had a recurring role in the UPN TV show "Veronica Mars" (2014β2018).
Between 2017 and 2019, she was on HBO's series "Big Love."
After that, Seyfried appeared in her breakthrough role in the 2008 musical feature film "Mamma Mia!"
Other appearances include leading roles in "Jennifer's Body" (2009), "Chloe" (2009), "Dear John" (2010), "Letters to Juliet" (2010), "Red Riding Hood" (2011), "In Time" (2011), and "Les MisΓ©rables" (2012).
She is scheduled to play Linda Lovelace in the biopic Lovelace, to be released in 2013.
On May 23, 2013, Seyfried appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, where she lamented the reduced size of her breasts since coming to Hollywood.
She had recently been featured in the May 2013 issue of "Allure" magazine.
When queried by an inquisitive DeGeneres about her breasts, Seyfried commented, "I looked way better when I was 15. I had beautiful, huge breasts!" She ended up trimming 10 pounds, and one of the unfortunate side effects was the reduction of her cup from D to C. She doesn't miss them "because they were ... uncomfortable," but she continued, "I was feminine. I had some nice curves".
As of March 2026, Amanda has amassed 6.7 million followers on Instagram.

Everyone has different preferences. Personally, 34C is the biggest I want to deal with; the absolute max. IMO, if they're bigger than my hands, the excess is just excessive and unnecessary. 30-32B is about perfect in my book. Beyond 34C (for me at least) they are getting worse and worse the bigger they get.

On Degeneres she said back in 2013 (when she played Lovelace,porn actress), how she lost 10lbs and also in her 20s just breasts went down to a C. But just so you know, a D cup is not big. In fact UNDER average.
For 25 years now DD cup is the average for women in both USA and European nations like UK, France,Russia, Ukraine, Belarus,Italy,SPain etc.
Japan has D as an average. But Japan had an A cup average,tiny,almost none, in the 1950s. By the 70s it was a B and in the 90s a C and in the 2010s a D cup. They started to eat more protein based food,not just rice.
Men seem very ignorant ,a D cup in the west has not been average since the 1980s, and it wasn't big since the 1950s. The average was a C cup in the 1950s, by the late 1970s it was D and around 2000 it became a DD cup

the DD cup is not at all the average in France which is more of a C cup. You also have to take into account the BMI, which is for example rather high in the USA, about 30 for an average D cup. The world average would be around B. (source:https://www.worlddata.info/average-breastsize.php)
